Women in STEM Empowerment
INTRODUCTION
Women in STEM Empowerment (WiSE)
Women in STEM Empowerment (WiSE) is a flagship initiative by Leave a Nest aimed at driving impactful change in the participation and leadership of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The program seeks to inspire, empower, and connect women from diverse backgrounds – professionals, mid-career individuals, youth, and students – to thrive in STEM fields and contribute to global and sustainable growth.
WiSE is a platform for fostering innovation, building confidence, and enhancing capabilities in technology, research, and entrepreneurship. By addressing barriers faced by women in STEM, WiSE underscores the importance of gender equality as a critical driver of economic and societal progress.
WiSE stands as a testament to Leave a Nest’s mission of Advancing Science and Technology for Global Happiness, championing the role of women as catalysts for innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.
