Official Finalists Lineup for TECH PLAN Demo Day Indonesia 2025
Leave a Nest is proud to announce the top 9 finalist teams for TECH PLAN Demo Day in Indonesia, selected from a highly competitive pool of 42 applicants from across the country. These exceptional teams represent the forefront of deep-tech and sustainable innovation, spanning fields such as food tech, biotechnology, and smart systems. The nine finalists will present their solutions and compete at the TECH PLAN Demo Day on Saturday, 26 July 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Bandung Techno Park, Bandung.
The TECH PLAN Demo Day serves as a dynamic platform for innovative researchers and startups to showcase their groundbreaking ideas and solutions. Centered on fostering entrepreneurship and advancing technological innovation, the event brings together investors, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs to explore emerging trends, forge connections, and unlock new opportunities within the tech ecosystem.
The nine finalist teams and project themes for TPIDN 2025 are:
- Surplus Indonesia: Surplus Indonesia: AI-Powered Recommerce for Food & Non-Food Waste Reduction.
- Green Living Lab: Greenwaste Lab_Eco Tech.
- PT Fumalife Sinergi Inovasi: Affordable, user-friendly electrospinning solutions to overcome cost, complexity, and access barriers in nanofiber-based material research.
- PT. Kurva Lonceng Khatulistiwa: Coffee Leather, converting coffee skin waste into sustainable leather alternatives.
- HNK Smart: Astaxanthin extraction from shrimp head waste for skincare.
- Nayaka: Food Loss and Food Waste.
- BIKI: End-to-end prevention solution for fruit and vegetable loss and waste.
- IJO: Seaweed-Based Innovation to Revolutionize Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture.
- PT. Nanoyours Asa Peduli: Nanoemulsion Botanical Insecticide.
The nine finalists were selected based on the strength of their innovative ideas, market potential, and ability to tackle critical challenges across various industries and local communities. Each team will pitch their solutions to a panel of judges and potential collaborators, with the opportunity to gain valuable support for their ventures.
In preparation for the final stage, the selected teams will participate in dedicated mentoring sessions. These sessions aim to help refine their business strategies, technology positioning, and pitch presentations.
