TECH PLANTER in the Philippines application closed with 44 entries

Thank you for all the applicants applied for TECH PLANTER program in the Philippines 2019. Official application closed on 12th of April 2019 with 44 teams entry.

TECH PLANTER is a unique seed acceleration program for deep technology-based research teams and startups. This is a platform for startups and researchers to pitch, fundraising and market expansion opportunities in Asia, especially in Japan. Leave a Nest Group had conducted this program in the Philippines since year 2017 and this year is the 3rd time, TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in the Philippines will be held once again on 18th of May 2019. We have received 23 teams from deep-tech, 11 from agri-tech, 5 teams working on IoT, 3 teams from IT and lastly, 2 teams from bio-tech from all over the Philippines.

Leave a Nest will select top 12 entries for TECH PLAN DEMO DAY. Selection will be done through documents checking, due-diligence and interviews. Finalists will be mentored by seasoned Leave a Nest members in preparation for final TECH PLAN DEMO DAY.

Finalists will get the golden opportunity to pitch their ideas to corporate partners from Japan and local mentors. Winner of TECH PLANTER in the Philippines will receive JPY300k and a chance to represent the country in final regional round of TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in Singapore (return airfares and accommodation will be fully covered) to pursue angel investment and corporate partnerships.
