Leave a Nest will conduct the first Tech-Garage Seminar in Japan. This seminar is aimed to exchange technology in and out of Japan, to ignite new projects beyond the border to solve social issues around the world. The first Tech-Garage Seminar will be conducted in Center of Garage, the incubation space designed for deep tech startups in Sumida ward, a manufacturing center of Tokyo.
This year, since the opening of Center of Garage Malaysia, a new incubation platform in Malaysia, Leave a Nest Group has conducted multiple Tech-Garage Seminars.(vol.1 vol.2 vol.3) Tech-Garage Seminar is designed to be a place to showcase technology in Japanese and Malaysian companies, a place for signing MOUs, and a place to announce the start of collaborative projects beyond the borders. In the 3 seminars conducted, 20 startups attended and had a chance to pitch their ideas on how they can change the world using their technology.
Leave a Nest, in partnership with Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI), will support the Global Market Fit Program Japan. 9 deep tech startups chosen to attend this program will travel to Japan to find their potential partners. To accelerate this program, Leave a Nest will conduct the first Tech-Garage Seminar in Japan at the Center of Garage located in Sumida ward, Tokyo.
In this seminar, there will be short pitches by the 9 Malaysian startups and short pitches by 9 Japanese startups that have the potential to collaborate with the Malaysian startups. Also, Japanese companies will be invited to this event to join the discussion with the Malaysian startups.
