Leave a Nest Group adopts ChatGPT Enterprise across the group

Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Group CEO: Maru Yukihiro; hereinafter referred to as “Leave a Nest”) is pleased to announce that in May 2025, it has introduced the generative AI service for businesses, “ChatGPT Enterprise” (*1), provided by OpenAI, LLC. (CEO: Sam Altman; hereinafter referred to as “OpenAI”), to all members (*2).

■ Background of introducing ChatGPT Enterprise

The Leave a Nest Group has been promoting its business with the vision of “Advancing Science and Technology for Global Happiness”. In March 2023, the Leave a Nest Knowledge-developed “Party on Slack” (*3) was deployed on the group's Slack, and generative AI was used for business purposes using OpenAI API, Google Gemini API, Claude API, etc. A total of 160,000 trial and error attempts have been made so far. In September 2024, the introduction of Slack AI has already begun to transform business operations through generative AI, such as promoting international collaboration beyond the Japanese/English language barrier. Through these efforts, the Leave a Nest Group has determined that it is urgent to create an environment in which all members can experience and utilize the evolution of generative AI and the speed of change toward the era of AI agents. This time, we have decided to improve the ability of all members in Japan and Southeast Asia to use generative AI and use it as a driving force for business growth through the introduction of ChatGPT Enterprise.

■ Purpose of introducing ChatGPT Enterprise

Through the company-wide use of ChatGPT Enterprise, we will accelerate the improvement of productivity in our existing business and the creation of new added value and business.

Improving productivity and creating added value in existing business areas

The Leave a Nest Group has been conducting various research and survey activities by utilizing its strong network with educational institutions and universities. By utilizing ChatGPT, the group aims to reduce desktop research time by more than 50% compared to conventional methods. Specific usage scenarios include “coming up with ideas for new business development”, “creating multilingual teaching materials and content” and “researching the latest trends in specialized fields”.
The goal is to reduce each member's man-hours by more than 10 hours per month, and the resulting surplus time will be reallocated to dialogue with stakeholders and creative work, creating a cycle of further added value. Members have commented that “translating technical terms and summarizing literature has become surprisingly smooth” and “the time it takes to create reports has been cut in half” and the effects are beginning to be felt.

Security and privacy considerations

ChatGPT Enterprise has a system in place that prevents input data from being used to train the AI, and is designed for security that allows it to be used safely even in highly confidential business operations. The Leave a Nest Group will continue to work on strengthening its information management system and creating a safe and secure environment for using generative AI.

■ Future prospects

A basic training program for all members will begin in June 2025, with the goal of having at least 70% of members acquire intermediate-level or higher usage skills by the end of 2025. In addition, in cooperation with OpenAI, we will promote the development of advanced AI talent through the creation of effective generative AI use cases and the implementation of participatory workshops. Furthermore, we will work with our subsidiaries in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) to achieve “global knowledge sharing” that transcends the barriers of language, time, and culture.
