Leave a Nest Philippines Launches the First AGRI-TECH GRAND PRIX 2026 Philippines at Quezon City University

Leave a Nest Philippines continues to strengthen the Philippine agricultural innovation ecosystem with the launch of the first AGRI-TECH GRAND PRIX Philippines 2026 , an initiative designed to accelerate the development and adoption of science-based agricultural technologies. The program fosters collaboration among researchers, startups, farmers, and industry leaders to address pressing agricultural challenges.
Grounded in Leave a Nest’s mission to bridge knowledge creators and society by transforming research into real-world solutions, the AGRI-TECH GRAND PRIX Philippines 2026 (ATG 2026) focuses on innovations that enhance agricultural productivity, sustainability, and resilience. It places particular emphasis on technologies that address the needs of smallholder farmers and climate-vulnerable communities. Through structured evaluation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement, the program supports the progression of technologies from early-stage research to practical field application.
Leave a Nest is launching this inaugural program with Quezon City University (QCU) as the co-organizer, continuing the partnership that was officially formed last November 2025. This partnership envisions possible Proof of Concept (PoC) trials and research collaborations among the Finalists and Partners of ATGPH 2026 and QCU, especially with its Center for Urban Agriculture and Innovation. This program can also help QCU’s students understand more about science and technology-based entrepreneurship and serve as a benchmark for when they become innovators and entrepreneurs themselves. Together, Leave a Nest Philippines and Quezon City University takes this step to make an impact together and help the Philippines be at the forefront of agriculture.
