Farha Husna
Farha Husna Binti Ramli holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from UKM, specialising in rubber synthesis, particularly in creating biodegradable rubber-based batteries. She previously worked at Top Glove as a senior researcher, focusing on improving quality, reducing waste, and enhancing cost-effectiveness. As industries moved towards automation and digitalisation, she worked on integrating smart technologies to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.Later she transitioned into policymaking within the government sector at Academy of Sciences Malaysia played a vital role in shaping national strategies such as 10-10 MySTIE and the National Planetary Health Action Plan, addressing workforce challenges and advocating for humanity-centric talent development. Farha believes that building a truly holistic ecosystem requires not just ideas and strategies but also bold action and collaboration.
