Krisha Corbo is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology major in Medical Biology at De La Salle University-Manila. Her focus is mainly on filling the gap between society and science wherein communities could have science-backed ways in their practices — reflecting on her research interest in parasitology and livestock management. This interest also goes beyond life sciences and transcends through social problems that she observes in her community and university. One of which is in ensuring adequate research opportunities for passionate individuals in the country. Thus, joining Leave-A-Nest is a way for her to work towards this goal and empower scientists in our communities.
