Leonid Zairion Dimaano, Leo, is a graduate of Bio-resource Sciences from the University of Tsukuba and a Masters in Engineering in Urban Engineering from the University of Tokyo in Japan. His research focus is on Urban Development rooted in Sustainable Planning and Green Policies. Right after getting his degree , he went back to the Philippines to share what he has learned by “nurturing local ingenuity and bringing transformative change from the grassroots to the world”. He hopes to work not just on planning more sustainable cities in the Philippines but in nation building as a whole. He is from Lipa City, Batangas.
