Science Castle Grant 2024 Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad Award Opens Applications for Secondary School Students

Cyberjaya, Malaysia [27 February 2024] – Leave a Nest Malaysia is pleased to announce the commencement of applications for the Science Castle Grant 2024 Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad Award, an esteemed opportunity for secondary school students across Malaysia to engage in innovative scientific research in collaboration with Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad. “Ajinomoto (Malaysia)”.

The Science Castle Grant 2024, sponsored by Ajinomoto (Malaysia), invites secondary school students to form groups of up to 5 members and participate in groundbreaking research initiatives. With a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and innovation among young minds. This Science Castle Grant 2024 is offering research grants worth RM 2,000 to five exceptional teams.

Applications for the grant are now open, starting from 26 February 2024. Teachers and advisors are encouraged to apply online by submitting a comprehensive research proposal aligned with the given theme. The deadline for submission is 31 March 2024.

Selected teams will be honoured at the grant presentation ceremony scheduled for 2 May 2024, at Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad Manufacturing, Bandar Enstek. They will embark on a five-month research journey from May to September, supported by mentors from Leave a Nest and Ajinomoto (Malaysia).

The selected groups will have the invaluable opportunity to present their final research findings during the international conference, Science Castle in Asia 2024, on 19-20 October 2024, at the Tun Chancellor Hall, Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya.
