Career Discovery Forum PH Coming to Ateneo de Manila University This March

Career Discovery Forum PH 2024 is scheduled to take place on March 16, 2024, in Ateneo de Manila University, Escaler Hall. Hand in hand with Ateneo, the University Partner, Leave a Nest is taking a forward-thinking approach with its theme, “Nurturing Homegrown Talent Through the Digital Frontier.” This theme is specially crafted to tackle the discord between the digital upbringing of recent graduates and the traditional, face-to-face communication preferences of many companies in the post-pandemic world. The rapid shift to online platforms for sales, hiring, and employee training during the pandemic has resulted in a workforce that is proficient in digital environments but potentially less experienced in in-person interactions.

This year's forum is poised to address this gap by preparing students and recent graduates for the nuances of face-to-face job hunting, which has become a critical need as companies strive to blend traditional practices with the advantages of digital processes.
