Ignite Your Curiosity, Shape Your Future: Call for Participation for another implementation of the Ki-ni-Naru Project

The Ki-Ni-Naru Project is once again opening its doors and this is your chance to be part of an extraordinary journey where curiosity becomes the greatest tool for discovery. 

Organized by Leave a Nest Philippines, this program is not just a class or a workshop, it's a research adventure designed to make science exciting, approachable, and deeply connected to the world around you.

Inspired by the Japanese phrase “Ki ni Naru (気になる),”  which means to be curious or to want to know, the project is built around the belief that every young mind has the potential to ask questions that matter and find answers that can make a difference. Whether they’ve been fascinated by science all their life or are just starting to wonder how things work, the Ki Ni Naru Project will give them the tools, guidance, and confidence to explore, investigate, and create. From October 2025 to February 2026, students will embark on a 5-month research journey that blends the excitement of hands-on experimentation and the process of scientific research.

With just a registration fee of ₱9,000 per group (inclusive of tax), students will embark on a full research journey, beginning with a Kickoff Day that features hands-on experiments at the Pugad Agham Workshop and The Great Nature Quest field activity. Students will then conduct their own research projects, with guidance from carefully crafted materials and personalized mentoring by Leave a Nest members. Midway, the Science Castle Immersion Module will help them learn from fellow student researchers how to communicate their research effectively. Finally, at the Final Presentation Day, students will present their work and connect with experts who can help them further their research.

The Ki Ni Naru Project is open to Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) students, and is especially welcoming to those with no prior research background. All they need is curiosity, creativity, and the determination to see their ideas come to life.
