Alchemy Foodtech is a foodtech startup from Singapore focusing on fighting diabetes through food innovations. Their patent-pending glycemic lowering composition is able to be added to any refined carbohydrate staples such as white rice, noodles, bread, steamed bun etc. to lower its glycemic index (GI), without changing the food's colour, taste or texture. Our technology application into jasmine rice has been validated through in-vivo GI human studies at Sydney University's Glycemic Research Services (SUGiRS) following the ISO 26642:2010 protocol.
