TECH PLANTER in Singapore application closed with 30 entries

Thank you for all the applicants applied for TECH PLANTER program in Singapore 2019. Official application closed on 28th of June 2019 with 30 teams entry.

TECH PLANTER is a unique seed acceleration program for deep technology-based research teams and startups. This is a platform for startups and researchers to pitch, fundraising and market expansion opportunities in Asia, especially in Japan. Leave a Nest Group had conducted this program in Singapore since year 2014 and this year is the 7th time, TECH PLAN DEMO DAY in Singapore will be held once again on 3rd of August 2019. We have received 18 teams from deep-tech, 4 teams working on IT, 8 teams from bio-tech from Singapore.

Leave a Nest will select top 10 entries for TECH PLAN DEMO DAY. Selection will be done through documents checking, due-diligence and interviews. Grand winners from 5 other regional SEA countries will be gathered here in Singapore for the final round too. Finalists will be mentored by seasoned Leave a Nest members in preparation for final TECH PLAN DEMO DAY.

Finalists will get the golden opportunity to pitch their ideas to corporate partners from Japan and local mentors. Winner of TECH PLANTER in Singapore will receive JPY300k and a chance to represent the country in Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Japan (return airfares and accommodation will be fully covered) to pursue research collaboration, corporate partnerships or investment.
