-
XL Lin, Founder, President & CEO of Esco Aster, who built the company into a global leader in cGMP biomanufacturing and cleanroom solutions, with operations in the USA, UK, and Singapore. A social entrepreneur and strategic product developer, XL has been instrumental in advancing Esco Lifesciences’ global footprint in healthcare manufacturing.
-
Clayton Tan, Founder of Omollomo, a purpose-driven food brand creating nutritious granola and overnight oats while championing inclusive employment for persons with disabilities and individuals with special educational needs. The well-being economy where health, sustainability, and inclusivity intersect with commercial growth is fast becoming one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic growth engines. Spanning sustainable food systems, regenerative agriculture, inclusive employment, and human health, the sector is attracting innovators and investors alike. Singapore, with its robust ecosystem and strategic location, is emerging as a launchpad for scaling both profit and impact.
This panel will bring together innovators, investors, and brand builders to explore how innovation can meet consumer needs and navigate market realities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
We invite founders, investors, industry professionals, researchers, and ecosystem enablers in food tech, eco tech, health, and sustainability to join this session and explore how to bring purpose-driven innovations from science to shelf.
