Solving Spaces: How AI Sees, Understands, and Transforms Our World

Leave a Nest Singapore is proud to present an AI-themed session at the upcoming Global Knowledge Hub Forum on August 20, 2025, at NTU Alumni House. This session will explore how AI-powered visualisation technologies are reshaping the way industries detect, understand, and solve operational problems in real-world environments.
Today’s industrial sectors are confronted with increasingly multifaceted challenges, ranging from aging infrastructure to inefficiencies in logistics, maintenance, and quality control. These extend to the persistent difficulty of capturing accurate, real-time field data and deriving actionable insights from complex operational environments. Examples include understanding the underlying behavioral factors influencing human decision-making in retail and service contexts, as well as detecting subtle environmental or structural changes that may indicate emerging risks. Conventional approaches often lack the precision and adaptability required to address these issues, underscoring the need for an advanced solution framework underpinned by AI-powered visualisation technologies.
The programme will spotlight technology providers, including Ricoh, Tictag, and RiffAI, who will present operational challenges they have identified in real-world contexts, spanning multiple sectors. These organisations will illustrate how their AI-driven solutions address issues ranging from enhancing operational visibility and process efficiency to improving data acquisition, insight generation, and risk detection. By framing the discussion through the lens of both the identified challenge and the corresponding solution approach, the session emphasises discovery, insight, and application potential over fully finalised technologies, offering attendees a clear perspective on how AI tools can be deployed to address persistent and emerging industry problems from the ground up.
Attendees will gain a deeper appreciation of how these emerging technologies can enhance visibility, efficiency, and resilience in physical operations. More than a showcase, this session aims to spark discussion, surface latent needs, and inspire cross-sectoral thinking on how we perceive and address challenges in the built world.
