TECH PLANTER in UK 2018 Received 22 Entries!
TECH PLANTER in UK has started from last year in 2017. We have been working to support startups from the UK by constructing an ecosystem for Real-Tech startups (startups that works on technology that requires physical development such as Bio-tech, Deep-tech, Agri-tech and etc). Last year we have gathered 15 applicants from wide range of fields.
This year, we are running our 2nd TECH PLANTER in UK again and in total of 22 teams have applied to our program. Teams are comprised from top researchers and startups that are already actively working.
Leave a Nest will select top 9 entries for TECH PLAN DEMO DAY. Selection will be done through documents checking, and interviews. Finalists will be mentored by seasoned Leave a Nest members in preparation for TECH PLAN DEMO DAY that is scheduled to be held on 27th Oct 2018 at Francis Cricke Institute Living Centre in London.
Finalists will get the golden opportunity to pitch their ideas to corporate partners from Japan and local mentors. Winner of TECH PLANTER in UK will receive JPY300k and invitation to visit Hyper-Interdisciplinary Conference in Japan, 2019.
