Women in STEM Empowerment (WiSE)

 

WiSE (Women in STEM Empowerment) is in alignment with the vision of SDG5, focusing on gender equality, and Malaysia Madani's goal of sustainability, prosperity, and a high-income nation. The initiative advocates for collaborative efforts among government entities, private companies, and agencies to collectively pursue the ambitious objective of achieving a 60% representation of women in the workforce.

Objectives

  • To bolster female representation in the workforce within the STEM field.
  • To encourage graduates to pursue STEM careers.
  • To collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to create a more inclusive STEM ecosystem.

  • EmpowerHER Tea Talk- Radiant Minds and Resilient Futures in the Professional Sphere“, a sharing session by experts and person at managerial level from diverse industry including from agencies, academia, business etc.
  • EmpowerHER STEM Workshops: Co-current workshops with diverse tracks

    • Entrepreneurship
  • Partner's Booth: To create a vibrant and interactive environment, fostering networking opportunities, and providing attendees with a comprehensive view and companies’ visibility.
  • Partner's Presentation: To articulate the company's mission in uplifting women in their business ventures.
  • Health Check: Take care of your well-being with complimentary health check-ups at our event. The free of charge health check by IMU University (BMI and muscle mass/body fat measurements, Glucose rapid test, Blood pressure measurement, Eye (vision) test and Electrocardiogram (ECG) test)

  • Participation parking guideline
