Women in STEM Empowerment (WiSE)

 

WiSE (Women in STEM Empowerment) is in alignment with the vision of SDG5, focusing on gender equality, and Malaysia Madani's goal of sustainability, prosperity, and a high-income nation. The initiative advocates for collaborative efforts among government entities, private companies, and agencies to collectively pursue the ambitious objective of achieving a 60% representation of women in the workforce.

Objectives

• To bolster female representation in the workforce within the STEM field.
• To encourage graduates to pursue STEM careers.
• To collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to create a more inclusive STEM ecosystem.

• EmpowerHER Tea Talk- Beyond Borders: Unleashing the Impact of Women in STEM Across Diverse Professions- inspiring call for women to recognize the strength of their STEM background as a powerful force for positive change, irrespective of their chosen career paths, including the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurship.

• Partner's Booth: To create a vibrant and interactive environment, fostering networking opportunities, and providing attendees with a comprehensive view and companies’ visibility.

• Health Check: Basic health screenings and consultations conducted by healthcare professionals or trained personnel.
