Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference (HIC) Vietnam 2025: A Resounding Success and Bright Prospects for the Future
The Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference (HIC) Vietnam, held last week on November 22nd, has been hailed as a tremendous success. With around 120 participants from both local and international sectors, including researchers, startups, corporate leaders, and representatives from government and private entities, the event served as a dynamic platform for meaningful discussions on climate resilience and technological innovation.
The conference, aptly themed “Navigating Challenges, Embracing Innovation for Climate Resilience,” brought together experts and thought leaders to explore groundbreaking solutions for tackling climate-related challenges. Key sessions such as Green Energy Revolution for Climate Resilience and Climate-Smart Agriculture Innovations were particularly engaging, sparking insightful debates on tech-driven solutions and data integration for disaster management. The content delivered in these sessions resonated deeply with participants, who left with a greater understanding of the vital role innovation plays in addressing climate change.
A standout feature of the event was the HIC Splash Session, where both local and international startups, as well as researchers from Vietnamese universities and even school students, showcased their pioneering work in technology and research. Their passionate pitches captured the imagination of the audience, igniting enthusiasm and providing new opportunities for collaboration across sectors.
Equally exciting was the Poster Session, where 20 presenters displayed their research work, highlighting transformative technologies and offering cutting-edge insights that are shaping the future of climate resilience. The enthusiasm and engagement of the local Vietnamese community were palpable throughout the event, underlining the country’s growing role in the global conversation on climate innovation.
