Traveling to the world of curiosity: Leave a Nest Philippines announces another implementation of the Ki ni Naru Project
Leave a Nest Philippines, Inc. is thrilled to announce the 2nd on-site implementation of its innovative educational initiative, the Ki ni Naru Project. Inspired by the the Japanese term “Ki ni Naru(気になる),” that means “to be curious: or “to want to know,” the project intends to simplify science concepts and research through an innovative approach driven by the learners’ curiosity, their power of observation, and readily available materials.
Originally launched in 2021, with its first implementation conducted online due to the restrictions at the time, it has successfully completed its very first onsite implementation earlier this year. Now, due to the project’s demand, the team aims to extend education initiative to more eager learners of science and research targeting students in Junior and Senior High School through the new theme: “Igniting Curiosity: Exploring the World of Wonders through Observation and Interest.”
Its Kick Off Program is scheduled to commence on October 4, 2024 and will culminate for their Final Presentation on January 18, 2024 at the first ever Science Castle Philippines. Now also extending over a period of 3 to 4 months, the students will undergo an edu-fun experience in their weekly mentoring sessions guided by research modules. They will cover essential aspects of research methodology, formulating hypotheses, and analyzing data. Through theoretical learning and practical application, learners will gain invaluable skills and insights necessary for a meaningful scientific inquiry.
But wait, there’s more! The project introduces an exciting addition—an Exposure Trip on the Kick Off Program, offering participants a hands-on learning experience beyond our classrooms.
So what are you waiting for? Leave a Nest Philippines eagerly invites schools to join us in our adventure in the world of curiosity and innovation through registering in our Ki ni Naru Project.
