Jewel finished her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Research at Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2023. With her training in research through her years in College, she gained the interest in various fields and societal issues such as media, technology, education and the minority groups. Her background are mostly in marketing and media studies but she has been exposed in different information and technology issues through her organizations. She joined Leave a Nest as she has been passionate in bridging the gap among those in need through science and technology.
