Nor Ilia Anisa is a member of the Human Development Division at Leave A Nest Malaysia. Ilia Anisa graduated from Universiti Malaysia Pahang with a degree in chemical engineering before pursuing her PhD at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She embarked on her career as a research officer at the Malaysia Japan International Institute of Technology, MJIIT-UTMKL, and subsequently transitioned to an engineering and technology solution company, where she served as a project manager for four years. Her journey then led her to become an academician at a private university, where she dedicated herself to teaching chemical engineering students. Her instructional portfolio included subjects such as thermodynamics, process plant design, and sustainability development in engineering. She was actively engaged in various academic tasks related to research and societal initiatives. Throughout her career, Ilia Anisa keenly observed the gap in skills required by industry for graduating students, which fueled her motivation to join Leave A Nest. She is deeply passionate about helping and nurturing young talents, empowering them to unlock their full potential.
