We are thrilled to unveil the latest addition to our stellar lineup of speakers for the Great Teacher Summit. Great Teacher Summit is a comprehensive seminar organised in conjunction with the Science Castle in Asia (SCA) 2024 for teachers and educators that features captivating talks by influential speakers, enlightening panel discussions that delve into critical issues in education, interactive sharing sessions where educators can learn from each other's experiences, and immersive workshops that provide hands-on learning opportunities and enhance teaching methodologies.

The speaker will shed on Inspiring Futures: The Transformative Power of Innovative STEM Education. This session will explore how cutting-edge approaches in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics can revolutionise education for primary and secondary students worldwide. Dr Ihsan Ismail
Head of Technology Development and Management Center,
Institute of Aminuddin Baki
Former Head of National STEM Center

Dr Ihsan Ismail is currently the Head of National STEM Centre, Educational Planning and Research Division (EPRD), MOE Malaysia. He started his career as a teacher in 1995 at SMK Merotai Besar, Tawau, Sabah. He joined EPRD in 2001 as an assistant director. Among his tasks at EPRD were the Programme Manager for PISA and the Head of Evaluation Unit. He was given the task to lead STEM Education Initiative at MOE in 2016 and eventually heading the National STEM Centre since the establishment of that Centre in 2018.
