Mr. Kenta Nakagawa Presenting about Ugo Solutions

A highlight of the seminar was the keynote session by ugo, which showcased its DX robots designed to combine human capability with autonomous inspection and patrol systems. The Japanese word “ugo” (融合, yūgō) means fusion, reflecting the company’s mission to integrate human strengths with robotic intelligence. Attendees were introduced to features such as AI-powered meter reading, anomaly detection, environmental sensing, and cloud-based automation via the ugo Portal. Case studies demonstrated deployments across data centers, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and water treatment plants—reducing inspection time by up to 50% and enabling predictive maintenance.

The session also highlighted collaborations with local partners Robopreneur Sdn. Bhd., represented by its Founder and CEO Dr. Hanafiah Yussof, shared how robotics can address workforce shortages, improve safety, and drive digital transformation in Malaysia. Meanwhile, TrackerHero, represented by Muhamad Afiq Danial bin Noor Azizi, Head of Venture & Growth, a leading provider of integrated security and AI-powered monitoring platforms, demonstrated how its solutions can seamlessly integrate with ugo robots to deliver predictive, always-on security ecosystems.

Engagement and Collaboration Opportunities
