Leave a Nest Malaysia to Host the Second Kobashi Monozukuri Seminar in Centre of Garage Malaysia on 12th November 2025
Following the success of the inaugural Kobashi Monozukuri Seminar earlier this year, Leave a Nest Malaysia, in collaboration with Kobashi Holdings Co., Ltd. (Japan), proudly announces the Second Kobashi Monozukuri Seminar, to be held on 12th November 2025 at 14:00-16:00 MYT at Centre of Garage Malaysia (G-B, Block 2330, Century Square, Jalan Usahawan, Off Persiaran Multimedia, 63000 Cyberjaya)
During the first seminar, participants, including industry leaders, researchers, and startup founders expressed great interest in learning more about Japan’s Monozukuri philosophy and its practical applications in innovation and manufacturing. The seminar was conducted in both Singapore and Malaysia on August 20th and 22nd, respectively.

Several attendees specifically requested a follow-up session to further deepen their understanding of Monozukuri and its relevance to the Southeast Asian context. In response to this overwhelming feedback, the second seminar has been designed to expand the learning experience, offering direct engagement with Mr. Shojiro Kobashi, CEO of Kobashi Holdings, and a special announcement of an upcoming immersive tour to Japan.

Seminar Highlights
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Japan’s Monozukuri philosophy, focusing on the principles that have guided Kobashi Holdings’ century-long excellence in manufacturing. The session will feature direct engagement with Mr. Shojiro Kobashi, CEO of Kobashi Holdings, as he shares insights on how Monozukuri is documented, practiced, and continuously evolved to meet the needs of modern industries.
The seminar will conclude with a special announcement of the upcoming Immersive Tour to Kobashi Holdings Headquarters in Okayama, Japan, offering participants the opportunity to experience Monozukuri firsthand and engage with engineers and innovators at the forefront of Japanese manufacturing.
