SCENT Demo Day Announcement: Showcasing the Next Generation of Innovators from the Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Training (SCENT) in the Philippines 2024

As the Science and Entrepreneurship Training Program advances from March to September, we are thrilled to announce the eagerly anticipated Demo Day, made possible with the support of the SCENT partner program.

The Science and Entrepreneurship Training (SCENT) Program spans six months and aims to equip undergraduate and graduate students with a Japanese-style Research and Business mindset. This mindset is vital for translating deep technology innovations into successful commercial ventures. The program offers mentorship and practical exercises to support participants.

SCENT seeks to cultivate innovative mindsets among students, presenting entrepreneurship as an attractive career path for Science and Technology graduates. It imparts both practical and theoretical knowledge to empower future innovators and entrepreneurs, emphasizing perseverance from startup inception to long-term sustainability.

The Demo Day of the Science and Entrepreneurship Training Program aims to provide a platform for the next generation of innovators. It allows them to showcase their Science and Entrepreneurship journey and connect with various stakeholders, encouraging support for their ventures as they progress through deep technologies and tackle significant issues, creating sustainable solutions.

Additionally, the SCENT Demo Day serves as an avenue for entities from different sectors of society—such as academia, corporations, and government—to engage in knowledge exchange, collaboration, and connection, addressing various deep issues in society.
