About Add Venture Forum, AVF
The Add Venture Forum Philippines (AVF PH) is a unique career platform that allows students, researchers, university graduates, and the company partners to participate in an opportunity to gather and connect with each other as a means of achieving sustainable career development. Previously known as Career Discover Forum (CDF), the program originated in Japan in the year 2016 with the goal of contributing to the overall development of society through the innovations and insights from interested parties. Throughout the years, individuals who desire to look beyond their pre-determined career paths set for themselves find AVF to be the catalyst for change in unfamiliar environments. By making use of a more intimate career-fair format, AVF participants are introduced to the challenges they may face when they enter as a new member of the partner companies, as well as recognize the potential for growth that can be found beyond the familiarity of one’s own comfort zone.
