Leave a Nest Singapore Successfully Conducted TECH VENTURE Meet Up Singapore 2023!
On 28th January 2023, Leave a Nest Singapore successfully organised TECH VENTURE Meet Up Singapore (TVMU SG) 2023 at the Meeting Point. The participants created a vibrant atmosphere throughout the event. This year, around 60 audiences participated, including large corporates, Government agencies, Academia, Researchers and startups turned up for the event.
Opening presentation
The event was started with energetic presentation from Ms. Shoko Suzuki from Real Tech Holdings SG. During the opening presentation from Ms. Shoko Suzuki, she expressed the passion of the Real Tech Holdings, how they want support startups not only just provide financial backing and want to introduce robust network to help startups navigate the challenging early stages of their development.
Panel Session
This time, to benefit the startup ecosystem, the panel session theme was ” Global Market Expansion: Unlocking Opportunities in Pursuit of the Perfect Fit”. The were very resounding knowledge in this field from Enterprise Singapore, representative from Japan embassy, Startup bootcamp and Leave a Nest Singapore. During the panel session, panelist gave their immense knowledge about market expansion for the startups and how the startups could utilise these opportunities.
Pitching Session
During the pitching session, 8 novel deep-tech startup were presented to the audience about their technology and how they are solving the unique issues with their technology. Out of 8 teams, 4 teams were in the field of sustainability and other 4 from med-tech.

Networking Session
Right after the end of all the interesting presentations from our Alumni startups, everyone awaiting networking session was started with nice buffet snacks and refreshments. The participants were excited to know more from startups as well taking to Corporates, VCs and get connected.

After the very valuable net woking session, the participants also had an opportunity to talk to tonari team in Japan through low latency video streaming communication system installed at Leave a Nest Singapore office, which is first in ASEAN countries.
Corporates, SMEs, VCs and Startups who need talk to their counterparts in Japan with lively conversation could approach Leave a Nest Singapore and could utilise the wonderful technology.
