Expanding investment in entrepreneurs and founders with a long-term vision for 144 years
Glocalink Singapore Pte. Ltd, a group company of Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku,Tokyo; Group Representative: Yukihiro Maru),has rebranded to 144 Ventures Pte. Ltd. as of 28 August 2024.

144 Ventures is based on the Leave a Nest Group's concept of ‘building ventures that will last for 144 years’ and supports entrepreneurs & founders who aim to create a sustainable world for generations to come.
Glocalink Singapore was established in 2019 with the aim of identifying and nurturing start-ups in the food and agri-tech sector, particularly in South East Asia, as one of the priority areas in view of the global movement towards sustainable food, agriculture and food security.

Investment in food and agriculture is essential for the sustainability of humanity and is a key asset to be left for future generations. We believe that this mission can be achieved through co-creation with entrepreneurs who are willing to take on long-term challenges across generations, and that this is an important perspective not only in the food and agriculture sector, but also in many other fields.
Therefore, we have renamed Glocalink Singapore to 144 Ventures to signify our commitment to supporting entrepreneurs with a long-term vision of 144 years in all sectors and countries.
Going forward, the Leave a Nest Group will continue to work with entrepreneurs with a long-term vision to address the enduring needs of humanity and global challenges, to Advance Science and Technology for Global Happiness.
The new Director for 144 Ventures is Chia Shu Sheng (Ambrose) a member of Leave a Nest Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Chia Shu Sheng (Ambrose)
Chia Shu Sheng (Ambrose) holds a Master's degree in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors in Safety from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. He is passionate about community building and ecosystem development. During his master's studies, he was a member of the programme's student committee, where he proposed and implemented various student-led activities. Currently, as a member of the Leave a Nest Frontier Development Division, he wants to strengthen the science and deep technology start-up ecosystem through collaboration with higher education institutions and other innovation ecosystem partners, and develop a community of innovators together with researchers and founders.
