Leave a Nest Group Founder and Group CEO joining Future Food Asia 2024

Dr. Yukihiro Maru, founder of Leave a Nest and Group CEO will be coming to Singapore in mid May to join Future Food Asia 2024. He is going to be a speaker & contributor for up coming Future Food Asia happening on 15-16 May 2024.

Dr. Maru has founded Leave a Nest back in 2002 in Japan together with his friends to challenge the issues in Japan. Since then Leave a Nest has expanded business by uncovering issues not only in Japan but all over the world. The world is facing issues surrounding food and this topic is important for Leave a Nest Group too. Dr. Maru has founded Glocalink Singapore back in 2018 foreseeing the needs to support deep technology startups in Southeast Asia. Over 6 years through Glocalink Singapore, over 25 startups has been supported through investment and this ecosystem is expected to grow to 30 startups in total.

In Future Food Asia 2024, Dr. Maru will be contributing as speakers and sharing his insights on food related issues such as nutritions and how technology can contribute to solve current challenges.

Leave a Nest group has subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines and are working with deep tech startups including food and agri tech but also including other deep tech startups together with multinational companies to bring “Advancing Science and Technology for Global Happiness”
