Leave a Nest Malaysia Launches HRDC-Claimable Immersive Training for Innovation and Collaboration
Leave a Nest Malaysia is proud to introduce its HRDC-claimable training programmes, designed to develop future-ready talents through immersive, real-world learning experiences. These trainings empower researchers, entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals to build purpose-driven projects and partnerships across industries.
Delivered by HRD Corp-certified trainers, Ir. Dr. Nor Ilia Anisa, Mr. Zaim, and Mr. Hakim, and guest trainers from Japan, the programmes combine foundational mindset training with active industry immersion. Participants are guided through the Align–Reach–Create (ARC) Framework, a structured approach to innovation that moves from strategic alignment to ecosystem exploration and project creation.
Key Highlights:
- ALIGN (1-day): Helps participants define their purpose, identify key problems, and align with both personal and strategic goals. This module serves as a pre-programme preparation to anchor participants before immersion.
- REACH (3-day immersive): Enables participants to engage and exchange knowledge directly with startups, corporates, researchers and ecosystem leaders through curated site visits, dialogue sessions, and networking opportunities.
- CREATE (1-day): Supports participants in synthesizing their learnings into actionable blueprints, validating key assumptions, outlining future steps, and drafting proposals for potential collaborators.
These immersive programmes expose participants to dynamic innovation environments in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, including events like Tech Planter and the Deep Tech Tour, offering real opportunities to meet collaborators and form long-term partnerships.
The training is especially relevant for corporate R&D and innovation teams, business development departments, HR and talent development departments, universities and research institutions, startups, technology ventures, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations seeking to enhance their innovation capacity and ecosystem engagement.
Fully claimable under HRD Corp, the programmes are available in both in-house and public formats to accommodate different organizational needs and capacities.
