WISE is Coming to the Philippines: Advancing Women Through Innovation

Leave a Nest Philippines is proud to launch the first-ever Philippine implementation of WISE: Women Inclusivity & Sustainable Entrepreneurship, a platform that brings together women-led and women-centered innovations and solutions that create meaningful impact for women and their communities.
Inspired by WISE Malaysia (https://global.lne.st/wise/), WISE Philippines will hold its inaugural event in 2027 under the theme “From Innovation to Impact: Advancing Women’s Lives, Livelihoods & Opportunities.” The program aims to connect promising ideas, technologies, research, and enterprises with the people and institutions that can help bring them closer to real-world implementation.

At the Core of WISE PH
WISE PH advances women through two sides of innovation: empowering women to create innovation and supporting innovations that create impact for women. On one side, the program creates opportunities for women to participate and lead as innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers. On the other, it supports technologies, research, and enterprises that address challenges affecting women and create tangible improvements in their health and well-being, livelihoods, resilience, and access to opportunities.
The event will bring together around 200 participants, primarily women-led and women-centered startups and early-stage enterprises, as well as researchers and student researchers. They will have opportunities to connect with corporations, investors, government agencies, universities, community organizations, and other potential partners who can support their next steps.
Throughout the day, participants can take part in Research Splash Presentations, Startup Pitching, panel discussions, workshops, and curated business matching. These activities are designed not only to showcase innovations, but also to open opportunities for collaboration—from mentorship and financing to technology validation, market access, pilot projects, and strategic partnerships.

Creating impact requires more than a good idea. It requires the right people, resources, expertise, and opportunities.
Leave a Nest Philippines invites corporations, government institutions, universities, investors, foundations, NGOs, and other organizations interested in women’s advancement, innovation, and inclusive development to join WISE PH as partners.
Partners can engage through booth exhibitions, panel discussions, workshops, business matching, partner awards, and other collaboration opportunities. Through these engagements, WISE PH aims to turn event-day connections into concrete next steps—from mentorship and financing discussions to market connections, pilot projects, and long-term partnerships.
Join us as WISE begins its journey in the Philippines—from innovation to impact.
