Alliyah Romaine Delin, born and raised in Caloocan City, is a double-degree holder in Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering as a Cum Laude graduate of Ateneo de Manila University. She has taken up diverse leadership roles in student councils and organizations, both scientific and non-scientific.
