18 June 2026, [Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia] – We are  pleased to announce the results of the participant selection process for Science Castle Asia 2026.

The Science Castle Asia 2026 Organising Committee is pleased to announce the results of the participant selection process for Science Castle Asia 2026.

This year, Science Castle Asia received applications from 319 participants representing 11 countries across Asia, showcasing a diverse range of research projects and innovative ideas from young researchers. Following a rigorous evaluation process, the Organising Committee has selected the Top 150 teams to participate in Science Castle Asia 2026.

Among the selected teams, 12 teams have been chosen for Oral Presentations, while 138 teams have been selected for Poster Presentations. These teams demonstrated exceptional potential and stood out among a highly competitive pool of applicants.

The selection was conducted based on several key criteria, including the originality of the research idea, passion and commitment demonstrated by the students, research methodology, and the potential for future growth and development of the project. In addition, special consideration was given to how each research project aligns with this year's theme, “Advanced Science,” which encourages students to explore cutting-edge scientific knowledge and innovative approaches to addressing real-world challenges.
