Marikina City, Philippines 2025 — In its ongoing commitment to its mission of “Harmonizing Science and Technology Stakeholders for the Empowerment of Filipinos,” Leave a Nest Philippines, Inc. executed a Memorandum of Understanding with the newly inaugurated ReSOLES Technology Business Incubator of Marikina Polytechnic College.
On January 24, 2025, Leave a Nest Philippines was invited to the Inauguration and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony for the Marikina Polytechnic College ReSOLES Technology Business Incubator (MPC ReSOLES TBI). MPC ReSOLES TBI focuses on supporting startups working with leather and alternative materials, energy-efficient manufacturing processes, the development of smart footwear and leather goods, and e-commerce platforms. The event comprised two sessions. The morning session launched MPC ReSOLES TBI and featured presentations from DTI-NCR, DOST-NCR (highlighting startup support), and DICT (emphasizing innovation's impact on Marikina City's footwear and leathercraft industry). The afternoon session was dedicated to MoU signings with MPC ReSOLES TBI's industry partners and mentors.
Leave a Nest Philippines, Inc., as one of the newly inaugurated TBI's industry partners, formalized its commitment through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement was signed by Dr. Yevgeny Aster Dulla, Managing Director of Leave a Nest Philippines, Inc., and Dr. Rene A. Colocar, President of Marikina Polytechnic College. This MoU underscores Leave a Nest's support for the advancement of technology and innovation across various sectors of society to address deeply rooted societal challenges.
