[Announcement] Applications are open for the GIA Tokyo Acceleration Program [Batch 7 & 8]

Leave a Nest Singapore is excited to announce the opening of the next two batches of the Japanese Immersion Program designed to assist Singapore companies interested in entering the lucrative Japanese market. With Japan's dynamic economy, advanced technology landscape, and favourable business environment, Leave a Nest Singapore aims to equip Singapore startups and SMEs with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the Japanese market. Many challenges persist for international startups including language & cultural barriers, differences in business culture and finding the right network.

The current GIA Tokyo Acceleration Program is a course allowing exploration of the unique challenges and intricacies of entering and thriving in the Japanese market. The course aims to work closely with Singapore startups, offering individual mentorship meetings, initial door-opening business meetings through direct contact with Japanese corporates.

Note: A minimum of 5 meetings will be arranged per startups with JP corporates, in virtual and face to face format.

Please take particular note of the dates of the items above in bold. This bespoke programme is designed to be low commitment prior to the time in Japan, only needing discussions to strategise for the physical immersion trip.

In addition, the trip for Batch 8 will coincide with Leave a Nest’s annual Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Tokyo, where a plethora of specialists; such as scientists, engineers, business persons, educators etc. come together with the goal of fostering interdisciplinary connections. Participation is included and encouraged.
