Ninzia and Pro-Health Water Technologies sign MoU to accelerate co-development!
Ninzia, a Japan company creating food binders from konjac, and Pro-Health Water Technologies, a Singapore company remineralising water, have formalised their commitment to healthier food and beverage by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at an event co-organised by Leave a Nest Singapore and UntroD Capital Asia. The MoU exchange took place on 17th February 2025, at THE MEETING POINT in One North, Singapore. The MoU signifies an agreement to develop health foods for preventing lifestyle-related diseases using konjac technology and remineralised water.
The MoU exchange occurred during the Global Session of the event. Within it, Ms Haruka Sakurai introduced Leave a Nest's Global Bridge Program, which encompasses several initiatives to connect global ecosystems such as those organised by AMEICC and EnterpriseSG. Ninzia Inc is part of the ongoing AMEICC programme, bringing fourteen Japanese startups into three Southeast Asian countries. Both Pro-Health Water Technologies and Ninzia gave a short pitch and explained their possible collaboration. The MoU exchange occurred immediately afterwards.
During the networking time that followed the Global Session, Ninzia showcased their konjac binder within samples of granola, receiving helpful feedback from the Singaporean audience.
Leave a Nest Singapore is proud to continue its journey with Ninzia and Pro-Health Water Technologies. Having initiated the connection at the 2nd Global Knowledge Hub in January, Leave a Nest will continue to provide assistance in bringing about meaningful impact through this MoU.
About Ninzia Inc
Ninzia Inc is a Japanese based company having a technology related to the controlling of
konjac fibres for food binding purposes. Their unique food binder replaces traditional food binders such as starch syrup, that contain unwanted added nutritional content, with a konjac-based binder. The binder is free of sugar and calories, and helps in the prevention of blood glucose spikes.

Pro-Health Water Technologies Pte Ltd is a Singapore based company having a technology
related to remineralising tap water into healthier and better-tasting drinking water. Typical water sources such as tap or bottled have varying levels of calcium, magnesium and other minerals.
