[Announcement] Lionsbot and Future Food Foundry selected for Batch 3 of the “Enter to Japan Market Discovery Program”

In partnership with EnterpriseSG, the Enter to Japan Market Discovery Program (Batch 3) is under Global Innovation Alliance’s Tokyo Acceleration Programme.

We would like to thank all startups for their applications and responses. We are happy to announce that Lionsbot and Future Food Foundry were selected to participate in the 3rd batch of the Enter to Japan Market Discovery Programme.

Team Name Brief Description
Lionsbot Lionsbot (incorporated 13 February 2018) is a smart robotics company that designs, engineers, and manufactures autonomous commercial cleaning robots to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and empower cleaning crews.

Its AI-enhanced LeoBot fleet, built with proprietary software and cloud controls, is deployed globally across commercial, industrial, and public spaces.

Future Food Foundry (3F) 3F (incorporated in Jan 2022) built Vidadeya, a startup developing closed-environment cultivation systems for sustainable protein production.

Its core technology enables year-round production of Wolffia (water lentil), a complete-amino-acid plant protein with 10x higher land efficiency than conventional crops. The company operates through B2B ingredient supply, technology licensing, and contract cultivation services, targeting Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and broader ASEAN to address food security, sustainability, and resilient supply chains.

The curated program will be conducted in person and online for 2 months in Singapore and Japan. In Singapore, the team will undergo close mentoring by Leave a Nest, understanding strategic partners in Japan. This is leading up to the early-March trip, when a trip to Tokyo will bring the startups to meet Japanese corporates one-to-one. The Japan trip allows face-to-face meetings with only the most relevant parties with the highest potential for partnership/collaboration.

Keep a lookout for further news releases for more information regarding their “Enter to Japan” Programme!
