Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference Indonesia 2025 – Celebrating Local Food Innovation & Technologies

Leave a Nest Malaysia will be organizing the 3rd Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in Indonesia on 8th February 2025 (Saturday) at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). The theme for this year is “Innovative & Emerging Food Technologies“. With this, we are welcoming researchers, startups, corporates to HIC Indonesia 2025

The objective of HIC Indonesia 2025 are:

1. To foster collaboration and networking among key players in Food science / technology research & industry
2. Provide a platform for showcasing innovative research and development
3. Identify local & international challenges and opportunities in the Food industry
4. Develop strategies & synergize efforts to overcome challenges in Food industry

 

In order to pursue these objectives, there are no registration fee for both Poster presenters and Attendees. As such, all lecturers, researchers, students as well as business and startups owner are welcome to present their idea / research in this conference. The poster will have free design, but it must be printed in size A1 with potrait (vertical) orientation. We are currently preparing the registration link and it will be available soon.

The following topics include but are not limited to:

1. 1. Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems
   2. Innovative Food Products and Technologies
   3. Smart Packaging and Supply Chain Management
   4. Food Security and Agricultural Solutions
   5. Education, Training, and Future Skills in Food Science

 

We also welcome topics outside the field of Food technology! We believe innovation can also come from outside the field.
