The 2025 Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in the Philippines: Weaving Together Tradition and Innovation

In the Philippines, a nation rich with diverse traditions and a deep history, the path to a progressive future lies in our ability to connect different fields of knowledge. While the concept of a symbiotic society may be new to many Filipinos, its principles are woven into the very fabric of our culture through communal support networks and collaborative practices. It is within this spirit of cooperation that we can find innovative solutions to our most pressing challenges.

To champion this vision, we are proud to announce the upcoming Hyper Interdisciplinary Conference in the Philippines 2025, which will be held on November 8, 2025 in Quezon City University – Main. This year's event is centered around the theme, “Decoding Traditions, Recoding Innovation: Navigating Toward Adaptive Solutions.” The conference serves as a vital platform for researchers, startups, government stakeholders, and companies to come together and present their ideas for a more progressive and sustainable Philippines. By encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across various fields, we aim to develop solutions that are not only effective but also culturally sensitive and deeply rooted in community needs. This highlights the deep connection between science and culture, recognizing that our cultural perspectives influence how we interpret and apply science and technology, while scientific progress, in turn, has the power to enrich and transform cultural practices.

The conference will feature a keynote speech setting the tone for the event, expert-led panel sessions on pressing issues, and dynamic research splash presentations showcasing innovative ideas in just three minutes. Participants can also engage in the Ignition Session wherein they will actively exchange ideas and collaboratively develop solutions to various challenges aligned with the conference theme. They could explore over 40 research projects in the poster sessions, and experience interactive booths and exhibits from industry and startup partners highlighting the latest technologies and initiatives.

Through these series of discussions and presentations, presenters and attendees will be encouraged to adopt an adaptive mindset—one that embraces flexible, evolving solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of our communities. Anchored in this vision, the conference is dedicated to build a transdisciplinary mindset, promoting cooperation across different knowledge systems to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative future for the Philippines.

Research Presenter and Poster Presenter

We have a total of 20 available slots per presentation. These include:

• 20 Research Splash Presentations: Presenters will have three minutes to share their research findings with the audience.
• 20 Poster Presentations: Presenters will showcase their research through poster exhibits.

All Research Splash are automatically required to do a poster presentation as well, bringing the total number of posters on display to forty (40).

Research and Presentation Awards

To recognize exceptional research and presentation skills, monetary awards will be given for the best Research Splash, Poster, and Ignition presentations.
