Abdul Hakim Sahidi

Abdul Hakim Bin Sahidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic System Engineering from the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
He joined Leave a Nest Malaysia in 2016 as one of its pioneering members, contributing significantly to establishing the company’s presence and mission in the region. Driven by a deep passion for nurturing technopreneurs and promoting meaningful technological to society, he has been instrumental in developing initiatives that connect science, technology, and society.
In May 2019, he became the first local Managing Director of Leave a Nest Malaysia, leading its expansion and strengthening its role in the national innovation ecosystem. Following the designation of Leave a Nest Malaysia as the Southeast Asia Headquarters in 2024, Mr. Abdul Hakim aspires for Malaysia to serve as a regional leader in co-creation towards inclusive and sustainable growth across Southeast Asia.
