[Leave a Nest 20th Anniversary Project・Part 3] Launching Three Recruitment Websites to Promote Diversification of Human Resources – First Leave a Nest Group Recruitment Event held on 23 April 2022.

Leave a Nest, which celebrated its 20th anniversary on 14 June 2022, has launched three recruitment websites to diversify the entry points for recruiting new colleagues in order to reform the rules and common sense of the past and continue creating changes for the next 20 years.

Leave a Nest has been operating under a three-representative directors structure since 2018, which is unprecedented for a venture company, and each of the new recruiting websites represents a concept based on each of them.

Since its founding, Leave a Nest has been expanding its network of researchers, entrepreneurs, and curiosity-driven employees who are passionate about solving problems, both inside and outside the company. As a result, over the past 20 years, Leave a Nest Group's community has grown to include approximately 160,000 people from a diverse range of industries, fields, positions, and ages.

By accelerating knowledge manufacturing through its network of individuals connected by their passion, Leave a Nest is currently launching more than 200 projects per year. In addition, more than 20 group companies are autonomously promoting their projects, and the knowledge and the number of partners working towards “advancing science and technology for global happiness” is still growing.

The same concept is applied to the recruitment process at Leave a Nest. Since the company's founding, we have never created an HR department, and all of our employees have continued to engage in unique recruiting activities in which they themselves act as recruiters to “find people they want to work with”.

In order to perpetuate this culture over the next 20 years, we have opened a unique recruiting website with three different sections to attract an even more diverse group of employees and to value each individual's background, expertise, passion, and interests.

The site is currently accepting applications for new employees for the fiscal years 2023 and 2024. Not only those who are interested in joining our company, but also those who would like to have a discussion and interact with the Leave a Nest’s staff can apply at the site of their interest.

In addition, on 23 April 2022, we held our first recruitment event for Leave a Nest Group.

The Leave a Nest Group includes 24 group companies in Japan and abroad, including Leave a Nest Co., Ltd.
