Social Innovator Prof. Dr. Billy Tang Announced as Keynote Speaker for WISE 2026: Driving Inclusive & Sustainable Entrepreneurship
Cyberjaya — The upcoming WISE 2026 – Women, Inclusivity & Sustainable Entrepreneurship conference is proud to feature acclaimed Malaysian social innovator and disability inclusion advocate, Prof. Dr. Billy Tang Chee Seng, DESC, FRSA, Founder and CEO of PWD Smart FarmAbility Sdn. Bhd., as a featured keynote speaker.
Designed to accelerate gender equity and social inclusion, WISE 2026 drives impact through three core pillars—Inspire, Empower, and Connect:
-
Inspire: Motivating participants through real-world stories and transformative experiences shared by top leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers.
-
Empower: Equipping women and inclusive communities with the confidence, practical knowledge, technical skills, and access needed to seize market opportunities.
-
Connect: Linking attendees directly with industry leaders, organizations, mentors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to forge meaningful, long-term collaborations.
Prof. Dr. Billy Tang’s participation exemplifies the mission of WiSE 2026. Following a life-changing spinal cord injury in 2015, Prof. Tang transformed personal adversity into a movement for social and environmental change. As CEO of PWD Smart FarmAbility, he champions regenerative entrepreneurship, food security, and environmental sustainability through his flagship Soil-U-tion™️ Regenerative Ecosystem.
His work directly empowers women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and underserved communities—enabling them to move from passive beneficiaries to active economic contributors.
“When we create the right conditions, life returns,” says Prof. Dr. Billy Tang.
Limitations do not define possibilities. Through WISE 2026, our goal is to show how inclusive, regenerative business models can inspire individuals, empower communities, and connect changemakers to build a truly sustainable future.
Grounded in his personal motto, “When There’s Wheel, There’s A Way!”, Prof. Tang will share actionable strategies on building scalable social enterprises, advancing food security, and implementing inclusive workplace practices.
